If, after this first meeting, we find the right chemistry and you wish to proceed, we move to the next step: the Letter of Appointment (Lettera d’Incarico).
Unlike the introductory chat, this is a specific professional service aimed at “getting boots on the ground.” It has a dedicated cost because it involves essential technical work:
- Technical site visit: I personally come to evaluate volumes and natural light.
- Millimeter-accurate survey: We measure every inch to avoid surprises during the furnishing phase.
- Photographic survey: We document the current state to study all possible transformations.
