Apartment in Belluno
The clients entrusted me with the complete renovation of their apartment, from the initial demolition to the final furnishing.
The project was completed in just five months, from the first day on site to their permanent move-in.

Complete turnkey renovation
The work began with the demolition of walls and floors, necessary to optimize the layout of the living area and bathrooms.
I installed underfloor heating, which provides both thermal comfort and insulation from the basement below.
One of the most appreciated solutions was the wall between the corridor and the service room, designed as a wardrobe accessible from both sides—functional and visually striking.
After the demolitions and partial reconstructions, I prepared all the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, designing them in detail and providing the technical drawings required for implementation.
Every decision was shared with the clients, discussed, reviewed, and approved before final execution.
Once the masonry work, underfloor heating, screed, tiles, and wall painting were completed, the installation of doors, windows, and furnishings began.
As in every project I manage, I guided the clients through a full-day tour of companies and showrooms to select kitchens, appliances, sofas, beds, and other interior details.
The corridor wardrobe, very spacious with flush doors, serves as the apartment’s main feature.
The oak floors create a pleasing contrast with the walnut dining table and the kitchen, which has a gres countertop that extends to form the sills of two windows.
The laundry area, located in the anteroom, was closed off with sliding doors, practical for working without blocking passage.
Every space is functional, coordinated, and balanced.
It was a valuable experience to fully understand the aesthetic and functional needs of the clients, Furio and Nicoletta, who were completely satisfied with the quality of the work, my constant presence, and the precise management of the site.
It was also a very positive collaboration for me, and I thank them for the trust they placed in me.
