Seafront Apartment in Jesolo: The Art of Living the Horizon
Overlooking the beach of Jesolo, on the fourth floor of a 1970s building, this apartment underwent a radical transformation. The client entrusted BGroup Studio with the challenge of reshaping the spaces to create an exclusive residence in constant dialogue with the sea landscape.
Working in such a striking setting was a true source of inspiration, driven by the goal of blending understated luxury with the deep sense of wellbeing experienced by those who inhabit the space throughout the year.
Design Vision and Time Management
The project required rigorous planning and strategic time management. Working in seaside locations means meeting strict deadlines linked to the start of the summer season.
From the initial concept to the selection of materials and furnishings, every phase was coordinated with millimetric precision. BGroup Studio guided both the client and the contractors through a thorough feasibility study, leading the project from the first demolition works through to the complete renewal of the technical systems and high-end finishes, while strictly respecting delivery timelines.
Material Fluidity and Wellbeing in the Bathroom
For the bathroom environment, a contemporary and minimalist approach was chosen, defined by seamless and eco-friendly surfaces by Oltremateria.
- Flooring: A refined detail of high craftsmanship involved the existing walnut wood floor. Rather than being removed or sanded, it was masterfully covered with a thin layer of continuous Oltremateria surface, carefully calibrated to subtly reveal the underlying pattern and joints of the original planks. A tribute to the memory of the material, reinterpreted in a contemporary key.
- Details: The space is completed by a shower tray and a lacquered bathroom unit, both featuring integrated Corian tops and washbasins, a premium material known for its hygienic properties and pure, refined aesthetic.
Night Area: Transparency and Sea View
In the master bedroom, space optimization is combined with visual elegance. A sophisticated steel-and-glass wall defines a compact yet highly functional walk-in wardrobe, paired with a dedicated makeup area. The bed has been positioned according to a precise focal axis, ensuring that from the very moment of waking, a full and regenerating sea view is offered.

The living area unfolds as a fluid open space, where every piece of furniture is designed not to obstruct the visual connection with the exterior.
- Living area: The sofa was entirely custom-made to follow the specific angle of the wall, creating a comfortable nest from which to admire the sea horizon.
- Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen, compact and rational, elegantly integrates all services, including a concealed laundry space. A functional snack counter sits alongside the main dining table, which is enhanced and illuminated by the iconic design of a Kartell lamp.
The final result is a true hidden gem in Jesolo: a serene luxury retreat, located in a quiet and exclusive area, designed to enjoy the magic of the sea at any time of the year. A perfect balance between bold architectural forms and the purity of natural materials.
