Centeleghe Pastry Shop
The owners of Centeleghe Pastry Shop entrusted me with the task of designing and creating their new location in Farra d’Alpago, in the province of Belluno.
It was a rewarding challenge to find the right layout that accommodated all the necessary services while ensuring comfortable and functional spaces for daily operations.
FARRA D'ALPAGO
Centeleghe Pastry Shop
Compared to the existing counter, I completely rethought the internal layout, both in the sales area and the workshop, without altering the walls. The back-counter wall was retained, while the entrance to the workshop was moved to the right side, improving workflow and communication between the areas.
The timeline was very tight — exactly one month between closing and reopening — but I managed to complete the work in three weeks, leaving an additional week for organizing and finalizing the new space.
From an aesthetic standpoint, in addition to functionality, I aimed to create an elegant, bright environment that aligns with the brand’s image.
I selected lacquered finishes, natural oak wood, and painted steel, with the “Centeleghe” sign in satin stainless steel.
I removed the existing false ceiling to emphasize the height of the space and highlight the large reinforced concrete beam, an architectural element of strong character.

This project, entirely organized and managed by me, gave me great satisfaction. The clients, Serena and Ivan, praised both the management and the final result, and even today they contact me for minor maintenance and updates — because I believe post-project support is an integral part of my service.
The pastry shop is now more functional, harmonious, and welcoming:
workspaces are optimized, the front of the counter has been transformed into a small integrated storage area,
the cake display area stands out thanks to a decorative wallpaper and a low, spacious cabinet, and natural and artificial lighting has been carefully designed to highlight both the products and the materials.
Their final review?
Five stars for BGroup.
