Villa in Belluno
I was entrusted with the task of designing and creating the interiors of a villa located on the outskirts of Belluno.
The house was in shell condition, without plaster, systems, or fixtures, allowing me to develop a complete project, crafted in every detail: from the internal layout to the selection of finishes and furnishings.

After an initial phase of study and discussion with the client, I developed several design options, ultimately arriving at the final floor plan. From there, I created the three-dimensional model, an essential tool for visualizing the spaces and clearly sharing every decision.
Throughout the entire process, I maintained an ongoing dialogue with the client, jointly defining materials, lighting, and atmospheres. Once the project was approved, I planned the various operational phases: material orders, drawings for systems, drywall, lighting, and site coordination within my area of responsibility.
The selection of furnishings was carried out together with the client, organizing dedicated days to visit the showrooms of my trusted suppliers. This is a method I often adopt for more significant projects: I believe that physically experiencing materials and meeting the manufacturing companies leads to more informed choices. In this case, a journey from Veneto to Brianza made it possible to define every detail with precision.
All furnishings, entirely finished in white lacquer—including the doors—were produced in the same tone, creating a sense of continuity and elegance.
The sawn-cut oak wood flooring, laid throughout the house including the bathroom, adds warmth and character.
Resin bathroom walls complete a sober, contemporary aesthetic.
The green sofa by Erba Italia of Figino Serenza (Como) particularly impressed us for the quality of its products and the beauty of its showroom, which can also be seen in one of the project photos.
The project was completed within the agreed timeframe, with results that were highly satisfying for both parties.
Each space was finished with great care, integrating bespoke solutions and unique details designed exclusively for this villa, such as:
a ceiling-mounted soap dispenser custom-designed to drawing;
a rotating TV unit;
full-height sliding doors with concealed hardware.
